Privacy policy and Data secrecy-

We maintain securely all project data, Company data, and other data of our Client with us and never share the project details and Clients details. As a general rule, RIKMA, will not sell, swap, or otherwise disclose to any third party any such personal information for commercial purposes. Such information will be utilized only for the purpose it was acquired. This Privacy policy has been prepared based on the Information Technology Act - 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures, and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules - 2011. To accomplish such purpose, we may disclose the information to our employees, consultants, and other relevant ... parties who have a legitimate need to know the information. We reserves the right to disclose this information under special circumstances, including disclosures required by law, court order or circumstances that requires disclosure.

Refund-

The full non-refundable payment must be paid before the service start date or as per agreement. Please note that, in case, the Client/Buyer terminates the service agreement, there will be no refund paid to Client/Buyer. The method of payment of the Price by the 'Client/Buyer' to the ‘Service Provider’ shall be online payment to the service provider bank account. No other modes of payment will be accepted. We will not be accountable if buyer has made payment using other mode and we will not provide any service to the Client/Buyer in this case. Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes, tariff surcharges or other like amounts assessed by any governmental entity ... arising because of the provision of the Services by the ‘Service Provider’ to the 'Client/Buyer' under this Agreement and such shall be payable by the 'Client/Buyer' to the 'Service Provider' in addition to all other charges payable here under.

Copyright and legal-

Neither Party will use, copy, adapt, alter or part with possession of any information of the other which is disclosed or otherwise comes into its possession under or in relation to this Agreement and which is of a confidential nature. This obligation will not apply to information which the recipient can prove was in its possession at the date it was received or obtained or which the recipient obtains from some other person with good legal title to it or which is in or comes into the public domain otherwise than through the default or negligence of the recipient or which is independently developed by or for the recipient. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the ‘Service Provider’ ... that is as per the laws in India and under jurisdiction of the Courts in Bengaluru. Any dispute dispute arising out of this agreement should be referred to the Arbitrator as per Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Complaint management-

Discrimination policy-

We have no discrimination policy based on Race, Sex, Color, Ethnicity, and Religion.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to any company policies will be resolved by the RIKMA internal committee that will be set up as and when required. The concerned company person will review the disputes, discuss with the persons who raised the dispute, and will resolve it impartially. The decision of the RIKMA management will be final and binding to all concerned parties/persons, including the dispute raiser.
